MARY HART, Durham, Conn., only daughter of Samuel Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Patience (Hubbard), born January 1st, 1813, at Durham, Conn.; married November 1st, 1835, Seneca Barnes, of Northford. They had—1, George, born March 15th, 1837; married, January, 1870, Carrie Bailey. He is a farmer, and lives in Northford. He served two years in the Fifteenth Regiment Connecticut Volunteers. 2, Amelia, born July 18th, 1839; married January 27th, 1869. Edward Buel, of Northford, Conn. 3, Theodore, born September 12th, 1841. He is a farmer. 4, Charlotte, born October 25th, 1845. She is a teacher. Mrs. Barnes was a twin with Amos, who died at the age of 18.

SAMUEL HART, Durham, youngest son and child of Samuel, Sr., of the same town, and his wife, Patience (Hubbard), born April 15th, 1815, at Durham, Conn.; married October 28th, 1838, Lydia R. Davidson, of Lyme, Conn. His avocation is farming, and he lives on the old homestead of his father.
