and baptized June 15th, 1766, in Durham; married Charles Dudley, of Guilford,. and. removed to Litchfield, Conn. They had children, viz: Susan, Lois, Samuel, Frederic, and Ruth. DANIEL HART, Durham, Conn., second son of Samuel Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Abridget (Fowler), born June 2 9th, 1768; baptized July 13th, 1768, in Durham; married , Hannah Hubbard, daughter of Abraham, and his wife, Hannah (Hedges), of Guilford. His avocation was farming. He was made a freeman in Durham, September 15th, 1800. He was a very quiet and inustrious man. He died January 3d, 1845, aged 76 years. His wife died December 27th, 1845. 1877. Ruth, born August 6th, 1800; married December 12th, 1821, Henry Mallory. SAMUEL HART, Durham Conn., third son of Samuel Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Abridget (Fowler), born July 12th, 1770; baptized July 22d, 1770, in Durham; married March 3d, 1803, Patience Hubbard, daughter of Eber, and his wife, Patience (Chittenden), born, August, 1772. He was made a freeman in Durham, September 21st, 1801. He was a farmer, and lived on the old homestead of his father. Like his brother, Daniel, he was quiet and industrious. He died December 25th, 1857, aged 87 years. His wife was an excellent woman and mother, and during the last part of her life was a great sufferer from broken limbs, which suffering she bore with Christian resignation, agreeing in spirit with her given name. She died March 15th, 1864, aged 91 years and 7 months. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE SIXTH GENERATION.
