ZINA HART, Avon, Conn., eldest son of Linas Hart, of Northington, Conn., and his wife, Mary Ann (Wilcox), born December 2d, 1788, at Northing- ton; married October 2 0th, 1813, Rhoda Griswold, daughter of Ashbel, of New Britain, and his wife, Elizabeth (Woodruff), of Farmington Farms, born August 1st, 1792. He was a farmer by occupation, and his home was just west of the flag station of West Avon, opposite Harvey Hart’s place. They were both admitted to the Congregational Church there in 1821. He died October 1st, 1867, aged 79 years. She was living in 1871.

1402. Linas Omri, born March 20th, 1815; married October 30th, 1839, Mary Ann Pennfield, of New Britain.
1403. Paulina Griswold, born September 19th, 1817; married January 7th, 1838, Simeon P. Chappell, of Avon.
          Ephraim Woodruff, born November 21st, 1819; died March 30th, 1822, aged 2 years and 4 months.

          Diana, born June 5th, 1823; died September 20th, 1825.
1404. Ephraim Ava, born February 12th, 1825; married October 2d, 1853, Sarah Elizabeth Spencer.
1405. Russell Dennis, born March 15th, 1833; drowned in Farmington River, May 21st, 1842, aged 9 years.

ADNA HART, Northington, Conn., second son of Linas Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Mary Ann (Wilcox), born March 2 7th, 1790, at Northington; married April 26th, 1815, Lucy Woodruff, daughter of Solomon, and his wife, Christiana (Curtiss), of Simsbury, born January 11th, 1789. He was a tallow chandler on Farmington East Farms, and followed his business with diligence and success. He died January 4th, 1871, aged 80 years. He was a man of great moral worth. His son, Newton, was executor of his Will. His widow died July 2d, 1872, aged 83 years, 6 months. They were both worthy members of the Farmington Congre- gational Church. Adna Hart left an estate of some $15,000, and, until his decease, there had been no death in the family for over sixty-four years.
