RUTH JUDD HART, Northington, second daughter of Linas Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Mary Ann (Wilcox), born May 3d, 1793, at Avon; married November 25th, 1812, Phineas Pennfield, of New Britain, son of Phineas, and his wife, Lucy (Osgood), born October 18th, 1785, at New Britain, where he was a farmer. He and his wife were admitted to the Congregational Church there in 1821. He died August 3d, 1845, aged 60 years. She died December 11th, 1848, aged 55 years. They had—1, Mary Ann, born October 4th, 1813; Harvey, born June 7th, 1815; 3, Martin, born August 23d, 1816; 4, Lydia, born May 29th, 1819; 5, Lemuel, born April 17th, 1821; 6, Dennis, born December 24th, 1823; 7, Fidelia, born September 10th, 1826; 8, Emily, born September 11th, 1829; 9, Horace, born June 11th, 1831; 10, Frances Newell, November 25th, 1833; 11, Harriet A., born August 5th, 1835. MARTIN HART, Northington, third son of Linas Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Mary Ann (Wilcox), born , 1795, at Northington, Conn.; married December 1st, 1818, Dolly Newell, of Farmington. He removed to Jacksonville, Morgan County, Ill. THEIR CHILD, BEING THE EIGHTH GENERATION.
1411. Anna A., born , 1821. DENNIS HART, Chautauqua, N. Y., fourth son of Linas Hart, of Avon, and his wife, Mary Ann (Wilcox), born September 2d, 1798, at Northington; married February 1st, 1825, Elvira, daughter of Joseph Dutton, of Farmington, born December 22d, 1802, at Farmington, and married there by Rev. Dr. Porter. He was a farmer at Sherman, Chautauqua County, N. Y., where he died, September 8th, 1868, aged 70 years. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE EIGHTH GENERATION.
