103.          Kensington, Conn.

SALMON HART, Kensington, third son of Nathaniel Hart, of same place, and his wife Martha (Norton), was born Jan. 3d, 1763, at Kensington, and baptized June 7th, 1763, by Rev. Samuel Clark. He married Jan. 31st, 1788, Ruth, youngest daughter of Roger Norton and his wife Mary (Pratt), was born Sept. 5th, 1766, at Kensington, and baptized Sept. 7th, 1766. They resided in that part of Kensington called "Blue Hills." She died Feb. 11th, 1793, aged 26 years. He died Dec. 26th, 1796, in his 34th year. They have tombstones in "Blue Hills" Cemetery.

        Lambert, born April 21st, 1789, died May 6th, 1789, aged 15 days.

NATHANIEL HART, JR., Kensington, fourth son of Nathan'l Hart, Sr., of the same place, and his wife, Martha (Norton), was born May 2d, 1765, at Kensington, and baptized there May 26th, 1765; by Rev. Samuel Clark, pastor. He married,               , Polly Edwards, and they removed to Castleton, Vt. She died, when, second, he married Jane. He was a pious, useful man. He had no children, and died at Castleton, Vt., but at what time is not reported.
