He inherited his father's farm, and was designed for a college course, but his mother could not be induced to send him. His first wife, Rebecca, was admitted to the church in 1758. He died Aug. 21st, 1813, aged 75 years. His widow, Mrs. Lydia Hart, died at the house of John Lee (who had married their daughter), Jan. 18th, 1831, aged 84 years. SARAH HART, Kensington, Conn., eldest daughter of Nathaniel Hart of the same parish, and his wife, Abigail, daughter of John Hooker, Esq., born in Kensington, Nov. 13th, 1720, married Nov. 5th, 1747, Dr. Jonathan Marsh, of Norwich, Conn. [They had a daughter, Mary Marsh, born November 1, 1759, who married Captain John Elijah Mason. HURLBURT.

ABIGAIL HART, Kensington, a parish of Berlin, Conn., second daughter of Nathaniel Hart and his wife Abigail, daughter of John Hooker, Esq., born July 21st, 1723, married James Hurlburt, an eminent physician of that time, and resided in Brandy Lane, a locality of the parish.
