2214. Thomas Giles, born December 2d, 1800; died at Raleigh, N. C. He was never married.
2215. Henry Abijah, born August 9th, 1805; married April 24th, 1827, Eliza Shipman.
2216. Samuel Mansfield, born August 30th, 1807; died single in Texas, in 1838.

ISMENA HART, New Britain, Conn., third daughter of Thomas Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Mehitabel (Bird), born 1768; baptized July 17th, 1768, at New Britain. She was admitted to the Congregational Church there, February 6th, 1785. She was never married, but lived and died on the old premises of her father, where Henry K. Smith owned and occupied in 1873. She was remarkably devoted and conscientious as a Christian, and gave the residue of her estate to the Home Missionary Society, by Will, appraised at $750. She died February 20th, 1854, aged 86 years.

REV. WILLIAM HART, New Britain, Conn., youngest son and child of Thomas Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Mehitabel (Bird), born 1772; baptized March 16th, 1772. He graduated at Yale College in 1792, and married in 1798, Hannah Bridge Campe, at Shoreditch Church, Wapping, London, Eng. She was born at London in 1765. He prepared for college with Dr. Smalley, and was licensed to preach by the Hartford South Association at Southington, June 3d, 1800. His wife died April 30th, 1817, at Hartford, Conn., aged 52 years. He was of feeble health and constitution, and only preached occasionally. He was never settled. He second married at Madison, Conn., Widow Joanna Hand, a sister of Return G. Meigs. He died in Candor, N. Y., at the residence of his son, Deacon Jonathan Bird Hart, August 2d, 1836, aged 64 years.
