CYPRIAN HENRY HART, Rocky Hill, Conn., second son of Joel Hart, of Bristol, and other places and his first wife, Sally (Bowers), of Rocky Hill, born March 10th, 1831 at Bristol; married April 4th, 1853, Eliza Pardew, of English parents. He lived for a time in New Britain, and worked in a factory but in 1871 he resided in West Rocky Hill, where he has a good farm, is connected with the Methodist Church, and has been superintendent of their Sunday School. Charles C. Hart in 2000.
He married Mary Elizabeth Standish, daughter of James and Jerusha M. Standish of Wethersfield, CT on April 21, 1886.
She was born September 12, 1863; died June 12, 1945.
He died May 29, 1938.
Frank Standish, born September 9th, 1887, at Wethersfield, Conn.; died January 21th, 1976. ALMON J. HART, Berlin, Conn., youngest son and child of Joel Hart, of Bristol, Conn., and. his first wife, Sally (Bowers), of Rocky Hill, born May 4th, 1834; married January 27th, 1866, Adaline Hull, daughter of Samuel, of Middletown, and his wife, Barbara (Kelsey), of Killingsworth, born January 12th, 1831, at Killingsworth. He is a laboring farmer in Berlin, Conn. He was in Company B, Twenty-First Regiment Connecticut Volunteers, nearly three years. He was in seven battles and not hurt. They had no children in 1871.
