SYLVESTER HART, Burlington, Conn., third son of Calvin Hart, of Bristol, and his first wife, Anna (Yale), Born March 17th, 1797; married October 14th, 1819, Bathsheba Hayes, of Granby, born June 6th, 1790. He was a hatter by trade, which he learned of Abijah Catlin, Harwinton, and worked as a journeyman in Danbury. He located in Durham and carried on the business. He returned to Bristol, and died, September 28th, 1821, aged 25 years. She died January 21st, 1871, at Granby, Conn., and was buried there.

CALVIN HART, Jr., Burlinglon, fourth son of Calvin Hart, Sr., of Bristol, and his first wife, Anna (Yale), born September 18th, 1798 at Burlington; married                         . They removed to Madison County, Ill., where he died, February 8th, 1825, in his 27th year.

JOEL HART, Bristol, fifth son of Calvin Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Anna, (Yale), born May 6th, 1800; married September 7th, 1820, Sally Bowers, daughter of Benajah, of Rocky Hill. She died July 24th, 1837, aged 39 years, when second he married July 1st, 1838, Mrs. Mary Green. He lived in various localities — Burlington, New Britain, Kensington, and Bristol. He died January 8th, 1846, aged 46. Grave-stones in the North Cemetery, Bristol, tell where they lie.
