1077.                       Southington, Conn.

CLARA HART, Farmington, fourth daughter of Orrin Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Sally (Gladden), daughter of Jedediah, and his wife, Elizabeth (Page), born October 12th, 1816, at Farmington. She married September 28th, 1846, Samuel H. Hearsey, of Southington, where thoy reside in 1874. He is a mechanic.

STACY.
1085.                       New Britain, Conn.

FIDELIA HART, eldest child (to live long) of Stephen Hart, Jr., of New Britain, and his wife, Cynthia (Steele), born June 7th, 1820, in New Britain; married October 22d, 1846, Mansfield Stacy, then of New Britain. She died childless, August 6th, 1847, aged 27 years, when second he married Maria Morse, daughter of Orson, and his wife, Maria (Kellogg), of Burlington. They removed to Springfield, Bradford County, Penn., where he died about 1848. He was a mechanic in New Britain, but was afterwards a farmer.

ALLEN.
1086.                            Meriden, Conn.

NANCY HART, third daughter of Stephen Hart, Jr., of New Britain, and his wife, Cynthia (Steele), born October 26th, 1822, at New Britain, Conn.; married July 31st, 1839, Dr. William Allen, son of William, then of New Britain. Ho practiced some years as a physician in Meriden, Conn., where he died, September 6th, 1851, aged 33 years.

EMILY PARKER HART, fourth daughter of Stephen Hart, Jr., and his wife, Cynthia (Steele), born May 8th, 1823, at New Britain; married April 13th, 1845, John G. Proffitt, of Hartford, son of John, and his wife, Harriet (Galpin), born March 4th, 1817, at Durham, Conn. He is a carriage painter, and in 1863 resided in Hartford, near the depot. They had—1, Edward Auritius, born September 21st, 1846, died July 17th, 1848; 2, Edward Everett, born January 17th, 1851, died February 6th, 1854; 3, Frederick, born October 13th, 1853; 4, John Hart, February 11th, 1856, at Hartford.
