almost instantly, caused by the rupture of a blood-vessel, on the morning of the 8th of June, 1850, aged 56 years. His widow died March 26th, 1870, aged 72 years.

JULIUS HART, Southington, second son of Roswell Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Sylvia (Barnes), born August 9th, 1799, at Southington; married May 9th, 1827, Diadama Bradley, daughter of Ichabod Bradley, of Southington, and his wife, Abigail (Moore). They lived in Flanders District, on the west side, next north of his father’s old homestead. He was a farmer by occupation. He died April 16th, 1873, aged 74 years. His funeral was on Saturday, the 19th, at 11 o’clock A. M., in the Methodist Church.

ROSWELL HART, Jr., Southington, third and youngest son of Roswell Hart, Sr., of the same town, and his wife, Sylvia (Barnes), born March 25th, 1806, at Southington; married May 1st, 1828, Pamelia, daughter of Daniel Amsden, of Southington, and his wife; Lois (Smith). He was a farmer, and lived at the extreme north end, of Flanders, a locality of Southington, Conn. He was a member of the Methodist Church, and subsequently of the Second Advent Church. He died of lung fever [ now called pneumonia ], January 16th, 1869, aged 63.

           Daniel Amsden, born March 1st, 1829; died July 7th, 1831, aged 2 years, 4 mouths.
