ABEL HART, Candor, Tioga County, N.Y., eldest son of Abel Hart, of Kensington, Conn., and his wife, Mary (Galpin), born 1770, at                   ; married               ,1795, Rachel Sweeden, of Stockbridge, Mass. They removed from Massachusetts to Candor, N; Y., about 1799, and he died there in 1860, aged 90 years. Their first two children were born in Massachusetts, and the others at Candor, N.Y.

LUCY HART, Candor, Tioga County, N.Y., seventh daughter of Abel Hart of the same place, and his wife, Mary (Galpin), born 1788, at                       ; married                   , Orange F. Booth, son of Joseph, of New Britain, and his wife, Elizabeth (Francis), born March 5th, 1782, at New Britain. They both united with the church at Candor in 1819. He died in 1860, aged 78 years.

Y., eighth daughter of Abel Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Mary (Galpin), born 1792, at                ; married                , Samuel , son of Joel Smith, formerly of New Britain, but later of Owego, N. Y., and his wife, Hannah (Griswold). They lived at Owego, Tioga County, N.Y., and Nanticoke, Broome County, N.Y.
