S. Ladd, of Great Barrington, born November 9th, 1842. He was conductor on the Middletown Railroad to Berlin. Their children did not live long. SAMUEL HART, Candor, Tioga County, N. Y., eldest son of Abel Hart, of that town, and his wife, Rachel (Sweeden), born , 1796, at ; married ,1819, Lois Gridley. He went from Massachusetts to Candor, N. Y., in 1799, where, it is thought, he is a farmer. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE NINTH GENERATION.
613. Herman P., born , 1821; married , B. Thorp. DANIEL HART, Candor, Tioga County, N. Y., second son of Abel Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Rachel (Sweeden), born , 1798, in Massachusetts; married , 1824, Mary Kelsey. He went to Candor with his parents in 1799. He is supposed to be a farmer. THEIR CHILDREN, BEING THE NINTH GENERATION, BORN AT CANDOR.
