HENRY HART, Elyria, Lorain County, Ohio, fifth son of Lewis Hart, of Colebrook, Conn., and his wife, Persis (Swift), born October 16th, 1831, at Winchester, Conn.; married in Elyria, Ohio, December 28th, 1854, Jane L. Edwards, where he was a mechanic in 1872.

RALPH HART, Lagrange, Lorain County, Ohio, sixth son of Lewis Hart, of Winchester, Conn., and his wife, Persis (Swift), born April 11th, 1834, in Winchester, Conn.; married in Grafton, Ohio, May 25th, 1859, Diana A. Noble. He is a farmer, and was residing at Lagrange, Ohio, in 1872.

MILES HART, Wheeler, Porter County, Ind., seventh son and youngest child of Lewis Hart, of Colebrook, Conn., and his wife, Persis (Swift), born September 14th, 1839, in Pennfield, Lorain County, Ohio; married in Ridgeville, Ohio, June 20th, 1866, Sarah, daughter of Henry Kemp, and his wife, Harriet (Foster), born April 24th, 1844, in Litchfield, Medina County, Ohio. He is a farmer, and was located in Wheeler, Ind., in 1872. He served nearly four years in the late war, mostly guarding prisoners on Johnson’s Island, in Lake Erie. She is of English descent, and both are members of the Methodist Church.
