NORMAN HART, Sherman, Tompkins County, N. Y., fifth son of Obed Hart, of Northington, Conn., and his second wife, Charlotte (Dorman), born October 11th, 1805, at Northington; married October 11th, 1826, at Avon, Conn., before Rev. H. Bushnell, Anna Adaline Hart, daughter of Erastus, and his wife, Anna (Thompson), born February 6th, 1809. They removed from Avon to Sherman, N. Y., and from thence to Westfield, N. Y., where he resided in 1871. He is a farmer. She died December 21st, 1862, at Sherman, Chautauqua County, N. Y., aged 53 years, when he second married at Westfield, N. Y., by Rev. B. T. Van Cleave, April 15th, 1869, Mrs. Eliza A. Barnes, of Westfield, N. Y. 1428. Edson Truman, born December 14th, 1827; married March 12th, 1851, Eliza Ann Bush. DEACON GEORGE HART, Sherman, N. V., third son of Obed Hart, of Northington, Conn., and his second wife, Charlotte (Dorman), born November 16th, 1801, at Northington; married April 3d, 1827, Esther Hawley, daughter of Asa, of Farmington, and his wife, Diadama (Root), born September 3d, 1806, at Farmington. He was a clothier by trade. He removed to Sherman, Chautauqua County, N. Y., and followed farming, but returned and died at Scott’s Swamp, in Farmington, Conn., April 3d, 1869, aged 67 years, 4 months, 17 days. She was living at Plainville, Conn., in 1872.
