Yoga for Seniors

bulletDescription: These classes begin with chair yoga to give the participant a starting point, with seated and standing postures.  The postures are selected to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.  Classes geared to the ability of the individual.  Each class ends with a guided relaxation.

        You must pre-register and pay prior to taking the class.  Wear comfortable clothes and do not eat for about 2 hours prior to class since yoga is best performed on a somewhat empty stomach.  A yoga mat is not necessary since you'll start with a chair and standing.
