OPERATION FRONTLINE COOKING CLASS

Description: Learn cooking, nutrition and food budgeting from a professional Chef at an Operational Frontline class sponsored by Southern NH Medial Center, Senior Activity Center, and the NH Food Bank. Classes include practicing and tasting nutritious recipes, stretching your food dollars, food safety and low-fat cooking and health snacking. These 2 hours classes will be held once a week for 6 weeks at the Senior Center. A package of the week's recipe ingredients will be provided at the end of several classes for you to prepare the meal at home.
