The Senior Center Offers a Musical Variety
Show Every October
 | Auditions are in August. If you are interested in participating
in the show, contact the center during July to find out the audition
date. |
 | Our
annual musical variety shows features over 75 members of the Senior
Center, singing, dancing, telling jokes, and playing
instruments to over 1000 people. Past performers included the 25
member line dance group, the 45 member Silver Lining Chorus, the 15 member
Harmonica Saints, a trumpeter, male hula dancers, Nothin Fancy, a piano solo by Roland Breault, and
soloists Ray Tunstall, Cecile Lebel, Al Ouellette and
Eleanor Quinn. The show raises up to $12,000 annually for the Center to support
health, educational, recreational, and cultural activities for adults, 55
and over, in
the Nashua area. These Senior volunteers give over 3500
hours of their time and talent rehearsing and performing for each show!
Join us for fun, camaraderie, and lots of music, and see how active
and talented our seniors are. |
 | Cost: Adults, $8 and Children under 12, $6.
Tickets may be purchased at the Center, Monday through Friday, or at
the door of both performances. |
 | Sponsors are asked to call 889-6155. |
