July 12th, 1828, in New Britain; married                     , Hector Humphrey, of Bloomfield, Conn. He is a farmer, and was living in Bolton, Conn., in 1871. They have had two sons and two daughters.

AUGUSTA CORNELIA HART, New Britain, third daughter of the fourth Elijah Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Louisa (Warner), of Hamden, Conn., born May 12th, 1830, at New Britain; married September 5th, 1850, Henry Humphrey, a sash and blind maker of Bloomfield. In 1873 he built a house and shop on Kensington Street, in the city of New Britain. They had one son in 1874.

MARY JANE HART, Bethany, Conn., fourth daughter of the fourth Elijah Hart, of New Britain, and his wife, Louisa (Warner), born September 5th, 1834, in New Britain; married, February, 1862, Julius S. Doolittle, a farmer of Bethany, Conn. They had one son in 1874.

ISAAC WARNER HART, New Britain, second son of the fourth Elijah Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Louisa (Warner), born April 22d, 1838, in New Britain; married February 5th, 1865, Emily N. Warner, daughter of Lewis,. of Hamden, and his wife, Harriet (Scranton), of Madison, Conn., born December 15th, 1842, in Hamden; died April 7th, 1868, in New Britain, aged 25 years, leaving no children, when second he married, in Middletown, January 1st, 1874, before Rev. J. P. Taylor, Lucina S. Lane, of Killingworth, Conn., daughter of Bela, and his wife, Lucinda (Burr), born September 7th, 1852, in Killingworth. He is a sash and blind maker. In 1873 he built a fine house on Kensington Street, in the south part of the city of New Britain.

EMMA LOUISA HART, youngest child of the fourth Elijah Hart, of New Britain, and his wife, Louisa (Warner), of Hamden, born July 14th, 1844, in New Britain; married, June, 1861, Elijah R. Ward, a joiner of Middletown. They lived in Newfield, a locality of Middletown, and had one daughter, Jennie, born April 3d, 1865. He was
