WILLIAM HART, Adams, Jefferson County, N. Y., son of Amasa Hart, of Bristol, Conn., and subsequently Paris, (or Kirkland,) N. Y., and his wife, Phebe (Roberts), of Bristol, Conn., born           , 1786, at Bristol, and went with his parents to Paris, N. Y.; married                     . They lived in Adams, Jefferson County, N. Y., where he owned a farm, made potash, and had a dry goods store. No report of their children could be obtained.

PHEBE HART, Bristol, Conn., and Paris, N. Y., youngest child of Amasa Hart, of Bristol, and his wife, Phebe (Roberts), born           , 1790, at Bristol, and went with her parents to Paris, (now Clinton,) N. Y., where she married           , 1807, William C. Gridley, a clerk in Clinton, and they removed to Adams, Jefferson County, where he was also a clerk, and where he died.

RUTH HART, Bristol, Conn., eldest child of Benjamin Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Mehitabel (Jerome), born October 2d, 1784, at Bristol; married there November 26th, 1805, Clark Carrington, of the same place. They removed to Huron, Erie County, Ohio, and had six children.

JAMES HART, Bristol, eldest son of Benjamin Hart, of the same town, and his wife, Mehitabel (Jerome), born September 18th, 1786, at Bristol; married January 1st, 1821, Betsey Johnson. They removed to Brighton, N. Y.
