FRANK HART, New Britain, Conn., eldest son of Richard Hart, of Farmington and New Britain, and his second wife, Mary (Jones), born August 29th, 1851, at New Britain. He is a rule maker by occupation, and works at the factory of the Stanley Rule and Level Company. His residence is on West Main Street, and his lot is bounded on the line of Plainville, being the last dwelling in the town of New Britain. He married Angust 17th, 1874, at Patterson, N. J., before Rev. Zelotes Grenell, Mary Jane, daughter of Andrew Rancier, and his wife, Eliza (Perrin), born March 14th, 1849, at Patterson, N. J.

CAROLINE HART, New Britain, second daughter of Richard Hart, of the same town and county, and his second wife, Mary (Jones), daughter of John R. Jones, and his first wife, Emeline (Franklin), born September 3d, 1856, at New Britain; married July 18th, 1874, at Farmington, before Rev. Mr. Smith, George Arthur Childs, son of Charles Childs, deceased, and his wife, Frances Irene (Childs), formerly of New Haven, but now of New Britain; born December 12th, 1853, at Derby, Conn. He is a house painter.

[ Caroline Hart, aka Carrie, had a second husband before 1887, according to the 1900 and 1910 U.S. census.

She married John McNeil between June 6, 1887 and June 5, 1888, according to the 1900 U.S. census. John McNeil was probably born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, in December 1851. Both his parents were born in Scotland. He emigrated to the United States in 1880. He was a section hand on the railroad.

Caroline and John had four children, vis: 1, John R., born June 27th, 1889 in Uxbridge, Mass.; 2, William Frederick, born December 2nd, 1892 in Uxbridge, Mass.; 3, Frank born February 1896 in Providence, Rhode Island; 4, George born February 21st, 1899 in North Attleboro, Mass. Caroline had a total of seven children, four of whom were alive in 1900.

John McNeil died of cancer in North Attleboro, MA. on March 7, 1926. Caroline married George Marsh as her forth husband about one year after John died. George Marsh, who was a teamster. He died about 1932.

Caroline was hospitalized about August 3, 1936, suffering from various illnesses, including cancer. She died in Foxboro State Hospital on August 13, 1943, at the age of 86. She is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in North Attleboro, Mass. ]

ANNA ELIZA HART, Unionville; eldest daughter of Lewis Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Julia Ann (Root), of New Britain, born December 2d, 1842, at Farmington; married, February, 1860, Thomas F. Clark, of Plainville. They were divorced in 1863, when second she married, May, 1870, George Duff, of Unionville. She had one daughter by her first husband.

JULIA ANN HART, Unionville, Conn., third daughter of Lewis Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Julia Ann (Root), of New Britain, born April 12th, 1845, at Farmington; married December 25th, 1865, George G. Barnes, of Unionville, a joiner by avocation. They were residing at Unionville in 1871, and had one daughter.
