March 17th, 1811; married February 2d, 1834, Lee Lay Rogers, of Somerville, in Vernon, Conn. He died November 30th, 1836, when second she married December 2d, 1840, Albert Smith Hunn, the cattle dealer, of Newington, Conn., located just north of the railroad depot, where he has a fine farm. She has no children by either husband.

BEULAH HART, eldest daughter of Jeptha Hart, of Avon, Conn., and his wife, Sally (Thompson), born, July, 1812; married, January, 1841, Samuel Martin Hart, son of Araunah Hart, of Avon, Conn., and his first wife, Ursula (Clark), born 1821. He was brought up by his uncle, Jeptha, whose daughter he married, but they were divorced.

OLIVE DAY HART, Avon, second daughter of Jeptha Hart, of that place, and his wife, Sally (Thompson), born March 12th, 1815, at Avon; married January 29th, 1840, Horace Woodruff, son of Titus, and his wife, Lua, born October 25th, 1807, at Avon. He is a farmer, and they lived on Lovely Street, West Avon, in 1872. She united with the church at West Avon in 1838. They had Thomas D., Almira H., Alathea B., and Marcus W.

EGBERT HART, Bristol, Conn., only son of Jeptha Hart, of Avon, and his wife, Sally (Thompson), born              , at West Avon. He married the widow of Erastus Woodruff, Jr., and daughter of Samuel T. Hart, of Avon, and his second wife, Susan Daley, born at Avon in 1825. She died at her residence on Lovely Street, in West Avon, February 27th, 1873, aged 48 years.
