DEACON WILLIAM HART, New Britain, fifth son of Stephen Hart, of the same place, and his wife, Sally (White), born October 12th, 1808, at New Britain; married July 28th, 1830, Rhoda, daughter of Daniel Judd, and his second wife, Hannah (Bartholomew), born November 4th, 1809, at New Britain. She died September 2d, 1856, aged 47 years, when second he married May 26th, 1857, Laura Jane Gladden, daughter of Reuben, and his wife, Sarah (Hotchkiss), born January 7th, 1809. He owns a good place on Winter Street, in the city. He is a brass founder by trade, and is a deacon in the Baptist Church.
