JOSIAH HART, of Sheffield, Mass., second Son of David Hart, of Farm- ington, and his wife, Elizabeth (Porter), born September 22d, 1761, at Farmington; married , Abigail Kelsey, of Killingsworth, born October 14th, 1767. She died October 7th, 1824, aged 57. He died February 22d, 1826, at Sheffield, Mass., aged 65 years. He was an exemplary man.

JOEL HART, Southington, eldest son of Amos Hart, of the same place, and his first wife, Ann (Gridley), born May 8th, 1753, at Southington, and was baptized there July 14th, 1754, by the pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Curtiss. He entered the army of the revolution, and died at Hackensack, N. J., September 22d, 1776, aged 23 years. He was never married.
