ISAAC C. HART, New Bedford, Mass., was a 2d lieutenant in the 23d Regiment, and commissioned a 1st lieutenant Dec. 30th, 1862.

THOMAS B. HART, Lynn, Mass., was a member of the 61st Regiment, and com- missioned 1st lieutenant Dec. 30th, 1864.

WILLIAM H. HART, Lynn, Mass., was commissioned a 2d lieutenant in the 1st Regiment Heavy Artillery, Jan. 28th, 1863,-subsequently promoted to a captaincy.

SAMUEL C. HART, New Bedford Mass was commissioned lieutenant. colonel of the 4th Regiment Heavy Artillery, Nov. 14th, 1864.

CAPT. SAMUEL L. HART, Company D, 41st Wisconsin Regiment, was commissioned June 9th, 1864.

CAPT. SAMUEL S. HART, Company F, 13th Wisconsin Regiment, was commissioned May 11th, 1864.

LIEUT. EDWARD W. HART, Madison, Conn., enlisted as a private in the 14th Regiment, was promoted to corporal, and in 1863, received a lieutenant's commission, in which capacity he distinguished himself at Chancellorsville; he died in the service.

CHARLES HART, from near Danbury, Conn., was a member of the 23d Regiment, and fell at Brashier City.

EZEKIEL BISHOP HART, Westchester, N.Y., son of Abram Hart, White Plains, was a midshipman in the United States Navy, under Com. Chauncey, in the war of 1812; he was shot through the breast at Green Bay.

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN HART, brother of Ezekiel, was a purser in the United States Navy.

ELISHA HART, son of Elisha, of Farmington, was in the war of 1812, and died in the servlce.

NELSON HART, Dover, Min., was for nearly three years a soldier in the late war.

JAMES HART, 1st New Jersey Cavalry, was, in 1861, a 1st lieutenant, and for bravery, was promoted to captain; he was killed at "Five Forks," April 1st, 1865.

THOMPSON D. HART was a 1st lieutenant in the 104th Pennsylvania Regiment, and in 1862, was promoted to lieutenant.colonel; he was at the Siege of Charleston.

THOMAS JEFFERSON HART was quartermaster in the Missouri home guard, then captain in the 43d and 48th Missouri Regiments, and served in Missouri and Tennessee until January, 1865, when, on account of ill health, he resigned.
